Stud fee: $650 (2009/10season) including GST plus LFG (INCLUDES HANDLING FEE)
The stud will provide a service to “face value two” on the following terms and conditions:
1.  All mares must be healthy and have hind shoes removed prior to arrival. Owners to provide a wormer or the stud will charge for this.
2.  the stud will provide: all reasonable care and attention to mares and foals but will not accept any responsibility or liability for injury, illness, accident to or loss of mare or foal.
3.  A foaling fee of $100 will be charged should any mare foal at stud.
4.  A deposit of $100 is required prior to the mare being served.  Should the mare fail to conceive this deposit is not refundable and will be deemed a usage and handling fee.
5.  Grazing is charged at the rate of $15 per week for the first three weeks and then $25 per week thereafter.
6.  All veterinary and blacksmith costs, if required are the responsibility of the owner and may be billed direct to the owner.
7.  The balance of the stud fee and any other fees owing must be paid prior to the collection of the mare.
8.  Live foal guarantee:  a free return service is given for the following season only for mares that reabsorb, abort or whose foal dies within 24 hours of foaling.  Proof of the death of the foal is required.  No refunds are given.  The handling and usage charge of $100 applies as does the grazing and any other costs.
9. Should the stallion die the live foal guarantee will become null and void and if the mare should die or prove to be a problem breeder a substitute mare may be used.
